House Rules
Quiet hours after 10pm Please register all guest sleeping in the apartment. $50 per night for each guest sleeping on the property without register Don’t throw papers or wipes down the toilet. $250 charge for plumber service. No late checkout is allowed. If allowed, it will be charged at $20 per hour. Don’t smoke in the apartment. $250 penalty. The Internet and Netflix service is included but not guaranteed all the time. There may be temporary interruptions. Maximum number of guest allowed is 4- no exceptions. Excess guest above 4 penalty fee is $200

NEW! FULL POWER GENERATOR AND WATER CISTERN SYSTEM. The generator is set up to start automatic upon power failure. However, there might be service interruption due to diesel availability and/or repairs.
