House Rules

Street parking Available. No parties allowed. Quiet time after 10 pm. For stays longer than a week, every 7 days the housekeeping personnel will change towels and bed sheets with an extra cost of $15 dollars. Thus, will need to access the apartment during the stay. $20 charge for lost keys.

NEW! FULL POWER GENERATOR AND WATER CISTERN SYSTEM. The generator is set up to start automatic upon power failure. However, there might be service interruption due to diesel availability and/or repairs.

Beautiful studio! Bed was very comfortable and space was perfectly utilized. The back up generator really came in handy when the power went off one day. Great stay, recommending to friends!

We loved this cozy space. There is plenty of street parking. The unit is in a neighborhood environment that we felt very safe in. There are other units on the property but, had no issues with any noise. We liked that there was a locked gate to the courtyard area. The space was clean and stocked with soap, extra toilet paper and towels. The air conditioner worked great and the kitchen was equipped with anything you could have needed. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The location was great! Short drive to the center of Ponce and local attractions.

This stay was wonderful! Evelyn was very communicative and very responsive! I went during Carnaval and it was perfect, close enough to down town but a quiet space to retreat when needed. Everything was super clean, and the set up of Evelyn’s air bnbs are so cute! It embodies the spirit of the island and is very relaxing. I loved the touch of all of the books that are available. This air bnb is located in a residential area and felt very safe. Gas station is located right around the corner. Book your stay here you won’t regret it!
